I played The Division all last week and spent a lot of time PVPing in the Dark Zone. What I experienced was a lack of balance in PVP, and people completely hacking the game. The PVE game isn’t perfect, but the PVP is damn near terrible from what I’ve experienced. A total lack skill and too much dependency on gear does an FPS make.
